Bruno Salgueiro Calçôa is the founder of Bom Sucesso, a structure focused on strategic real estate consultancy, with a particular emphasis on the commercial and investment segments.

With a career spanning over 20 years in a military context and a degree in Law from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, he built a path grounded in rigour, discipline and analytical capacity — today reflected in a structured and results-driven approach to the real estate market.

Since 2020, he has been part of Keller Williams Select, in Cascais, where he has developed solid experience over more than five years, working across operations and supporting corporate clients and investors, building a strong strategic reading of the market.
